I was sitting around trying to find something to do when I spotted my camera. And of course my canon always makes me feel so much better. Just holding it sends a soothing feeling from head to toe.
Since I didn't feel like going out and about, I decided to capture some things that are near and dear to me within my apartment.
Enjoy!

The picture inside the picture was taken over Christmas holidays a few years ago of all my siblings and some cousins.

I like to get knick knacks that resemble my life sometimes. I really do believe that big dreams do start out small. I used to write in the student newspaper back in high school just for an extra credit. Now, after doing news at a national level, I look back and realize that extra credit made me realize my passion.

I can't really explain this other than saying, lighting up a candle or two or three just makes everything better. The smell, the colors, and the light it gives off, absolutely beautiful =)

'My lil sis' Taylor Marie (that bad baby, but that's a different story!) was living with me for six months. She was in an art class while going to Daniel McIntyre school and she did this paper mache of Homer Simpson. Although we had a falling out, this little piece of artwork makes me think of the fun times her and I shared living together.

My friends are also an important part of my life. I treat them like family. Included in the picture are some childhood friends as well as some college ones, some of which have been inspirational in helping get to where I am today.

The outside of my fridge looks more interesting than the inside...nothing in it. lol. There is also a sticker on it that reads ftz. That represents a story "my bro" Jerome Conaty started from scratch years ago (I'm so proud of him!). It's actually one of the better stores that The Pas/OCN has to offer. The picture on the fridge is of some family in Disney Land.

The poster I jacked from a bulletin board. I tend to do that and hang them up around my place when I know the person putting the shindig on.
